S&P Futures Opening Update as on 04 April 2019

 

US PRE MARKET

The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 2,879.62   with a loss of -0.00% percent or -0.13 point.  Other U.S. stock futures mixed in pre-market trading for  April 04.The Dow Futures is trading at 26,242.50  up with +0.01% percent or +2.50 point. The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 7,578.62  with a loss of -0.05%  percent or -3.63 point.

THURSDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note, which moves inversely to price, was lower at around 2.5044 percent, while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was also lower at 2.9211 percent.

It comes as U.S. and Chinese officials are reportedly getting closer to a trade deal, having resolved most of the outstanding issues in their protracted trade dispute. Both countries slapped tariffs on billions of dollars’ worth of each other’s goods last year.
