US PRE MARKET

The S&P 500 Futures trading at 2,384.20 with loss of 0.19% percent . Other U.S. stock futures are lower in pre-market trading on Monday. The Dow Futures are trading at 20,940.50 with  loss of -0.19% percent. The Nasdaq Futures trading at 5,598.38 for a up with +0.32 percent. The Russell Futures trading  at 1,400.43 for a loss of -1.18% percent.

MONDAY FACTORS AND EVENTS

U.S. equities closed lower on Monday as investors digested economic data and key corporate earnings, but ended April with strong monthly gains.

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped about 40 points, with Intel and Goldman Sachs contributing the most losses. The S&P 500 fell 0.2 percent, with financials and telecommunications leading decliners. The Nasdaq composite hit a fresh record high before closing marginally lower.

That said, the three major indexes posted a monthly advance of about 1 percent. The S&P and the Dow posted their fifth positive month in six, while the Nasdaq recorded its sixth straight monthly gain.

Germany’s DAX was trading  at 12,438.01 for a loss of-0.05% percent. France’s CAC 40 is at 5,267.33  for a loss of 0.08 percent. The Stoxx Europe 600 was trading  at 386.72  -0.25 percent.
