THURSDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS
U.S. government debt prices were slightly higher Thursday, as investors turned their attention to the latest coming out of the data and auctions space.
The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note sat slightly down at around 2.315 percent at 4:50 a.m. ET, while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was down at 2.782 percent. Bond yields move inversely to prices.
On the data front, jobless claims are set to come out at 8:30 a.m. ET, followed by wholesale trade at 10 a.m. ET.
