US PRE MARKET

The S&P 500 Futures are trading at 2,579.25 with a loss of -0.11% percent or -2.75 point. Other U.S. stock futures are lower in pre-market trading for Tuesday , November 14. The Dow Futures are trading at 23,398.50 with a loss of  -0.03% percent or -7.50 point. The Nasdaq Futures are trading at 6,314.88 for up with +0.05% percent or +2.88 point.

TUESDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

U.S. government debt prices were higher on Tuesday, as investors geared up for another fresh batch of economic data, while digesting speeches by leading Federal Reserve officials.

The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note sat flat at around 2.400 percent at 5:20 a.m. ET, while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was lower at 2.857 percent. Bond yields move inversely to prices.

Economic data is expected to dominant some sentiment on Tuesday, as a slew of financial publications are set to be released.

 The National Federation of Independent Business’ (NFIB) small business optimism index is slated to come out at 6 a.m. ET. This will then be followed by producer price index (PPI) data for October, due out at 8:30 a.m. ET.

U.S. market were higher on Monday. For the day the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 23,439.70 for up with +0.07% percent or  +17.49 point. The S&P 500 closed at 2,584.84 for up with +0.10% percent or +2.54 point. The Nasdaq Composite closed at 6,757.60 for up with +0.10% percent or +6.66 point.

Other leading market index closes included the small-cap Russell 2000 Index closed at 1,475.27 for up with +0.02% percent or +0.26 point; the S&P 600 Small-Cap Index closed at 895.04 for up with +0.14% percent or +1.27 point; the S&P 400 Mid-Cap Index closed at 1,828.93  for up with +0.17% percent or +3.18 point; the S&P 100 Index closed at 1,140.82 for up with +0.04% percent or +0.43  point; the Russell 3000 Index closed at1,528.85 for up with +0.09% percent or  +1.36 point; the Russell 1000 Index closed at 1,431.97 for up with +0.10% percent or +1.39 point; and the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index closed at 23,439.70 for up with +0.07% percent or  +17.49 point.
