US PRE MARKET

The S&P 500 Futures are trading at 2,629.50 for up with +0.13% percent or +3.50 point. Other U.S. stock futures are higher in pre-market trading for wednesday, November 29. The Dow Futures are trading at 23,888.00 for up  with +0.32% percent or +77.00 point. The Nasdaq Futures are trading at 6,427.38 for up with +0.11% percent or +7.37 point.

WEDNESDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

U.S. government debt prices were lower on Wednesday, ahead of key speeches by leading members of the U.S. Federal Reserve.

The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note sat higher at around 2.341 percent at 4:50 a.m. ET, while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was up at 2.777 percent. Bond yields move inversely to prices.

Data is expected to shake up sentiment during trade, with a number of releases expected to be published.

 At 7 a.m. ET, mortgage applications are due out, followed by the all-important GDP data for the U.S., which is set to be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. The pending homes sales index is then set to be released at 10 a.m. ET, while the Fed’s Beige Book is expected to be published at 2 p.m. ET.

U.S. market were higher on Tuesday. For the day the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 23,836.71 for up with +1.09% percent or +255.93 point. The S&P 500 closed at 2,627.04 for up with +0.98% percent or +25.62 point. The Nasdaq Composite closed at 6,912.36 for up with +0.49% percent or +33.84 point.

Other leading market index closes included the small-cap Russell 2000 Index closed at 1,536.43 for up with +1.53% percent or +23.12 point; the S&P 600 Small-Cap Index closed at 937.77 with for up 1+.69% percent or +15.59 point; the S&P 400 Mid-Cap Index closed at 1,880.26 for up with +1.30% percent or  +24.15 point; the S&P 100 Index closed at 1,158.57 for up with  +1.00% percent or +11.46 point; the Russell 3000 Index closed at 1,557.90 for up with +1.01% percent or +15.61 point; the Russell 1000 Index closed at 1,456.56 for up with +0.97% percent or +13.99 point; and the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index closed at 23,836.71 for up with +1.09% percent or +255.93 point.
