The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 4,501.80 with a loss of -0.27% percent or -12.30 point.Other U.S. stock futures lower in pre-market trading for sept 09.The Dow Futures is trading at 34,931.10 with a loss of -0.29% percent or -100.00 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 15,585.70 with a loss of -0.22% percent or -35.10 point.

 

THURSDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

China’s consumer price index rose 0.8% year-on-year in August, compared to expectations for a 1% increase in a Reuters poll. Meanwhile, the producer price index jumped 9.5% from a year ago, as compared to forecasts of a 9% rise in a Reuters poll.
