The pan-European Stoxx 600 added 1.3% by mid-morning, with autos jumping 4.4%% to lead gains while travel and leisure stocks dropped 1%.
Tenaris shares gained 7.5% after Jefferies upgraded the Luxembourg-based steel pipe manufacturer’s stock to “buy” from “hold.”
