The S&P 500 Futures is  trading at 4,158.90 with -0.12% percent or -5.10 point..Other U.S. stock futures higher in pre-market trading for Feb 08 .The Dow Futures is trading at 34,128.5 with -0.08% percent or -28.2 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 12,719.6 with  a loss of -0.07% percent or -8.7 point.

 

WEDNESDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Speaking at an event at The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., Powell said Tuesday that inflation is beginning to ease but that he expects the “disinflationary process” to be a long one, and cautioned that interest rates could rise more than markets anticipate if the economic data doesn’t cooperate.
