Advanced Micro Devices, McDonald’s, Kraft Heinz, Costco Wholesale, and Walt Disney are scheduled to announce their most recent corporate earnings this week. Oil prices declined following President Donald Trump’s announcement on Sunday that he had called off a proposed military strike on Iran. U.S. media reports on Friday indicated that the president was preparing for a new series of strikes as prospects for a negotiated resolution to the conflict waned and energy prices escalated.
